WEEK 4

LESSON 7 AND 8

Students will understand:
-   environmental sustainability initiatives must be adapted based on new information
-  different sources of information have different biases to consider

Idea Feasibility

Students will continue to investigate the feasibility of their idea, including by developing a prototype of their idea. Based on their investigation, they will tweak their design.


Teachers will ask students to consider where they are getting their sources of information from and ask them to evaluate how they know it is a reliable source.

Assessment

Formative: ongoing informal observation, weekly student-teacher conferencing, self assessment against rubric
